STAGE 01
Discover
A discovery call within two business days, then a scoping workshop — your goals, users, constraints and what "done" looks like. You get a written scope, a technical plan and a fixed proposal before any code is written. No commitment until you have seen the plan.
STAGE 02
Design
Wireframes first, then clickable prototypes you can put in front of your team and customers. We lock the flows and a reusable design system before engineering starts, so changes happen on screens, not in code.
STAGE 03
Build
Weekly sprints with a demo every week on a staging link you can open anytime. Open backlog, honest timelines, and code pushed to your own repository from day one — no black boxes, no surprise at the end.
STAGE 04
Launch
Performance and security checks, analytics and error tracking wired in, store listings or hosting set up under your accounts. We ship with a rollback plan and stay on for a free stabilisation window after go-live.
STAGE 05
Scale
After launch, we monitor, fix and iterate — on a maintenance retainer or a dedicated-team model, your choice. We run two products of our own, so we know what scaling actually takes: infrastructure, costs and the next feature, in that order.

Fixed-scope projects get a fixed quote after a discovery call. Ongoing product work runs on a monthly dedicated-team model. Either way, you get a detailed proposal before committing a rupee.
How quickly can we start?+
Discovery calls happen within 2 business days of your enquiry. Most projects kick off within 1–2 weeks of proposal sign-off.
Do you work with early-stage startups?+
Yes — MVPs are one of our specialities. We help founders scope ruthlessly and ship a testable product in about six weeks.
Who owns the code and IP?+
You do, fully. All code, designs and infrastructure credentials are handed over with documentation at every milestone.
Do you provide support after launch?+
